Lou Abbott graduated from Temple University in 1983 with a degree in Jazz/Commercial Music. He completed a Masters and Doctorate in Percussion Performance from the University of Miami in 1999. He teaches at Broward College. Check him out at the Hard Rock Casino on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with the Dale Powers Band in the Council Oak Restaurant.
